Who we are

Bonin Marketing is an agency based in Québec. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is Alexis Bonin. For any question or request, write to contact@boninmarketing.com.

What we collect

Only what you give us in the booking form:

• your name and the name of your business;
• your phone number and, if you provide it, your email;
• your line of work, your city and the address of your website or Facebook page;
• the time slots you selected and the needs you describe.

The site uses no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie.

The site assistant

The site offers an assistant that runs on artificial intelligence. What you write to it is sent to an artificial intelligence service from our host, Cloudflare, only to produce the answer. We do not record these conversations: they stay in your browser and are erased when you close the tab. Avoid writing personal information in it. To leave us your contact details, use the booking form.

To limit the number of messages per minute, the assistant reads your IP address. We do not keep it.

When you write to us

When you write to us by email, Instagram or Messenger, we use your message, your reply address or username and the information you give us to understand your request, answer you and manage your appointment. These exchanges may be gathered in our private management tool, hosted by Cloudflare and accessible to authorized people at Bonin Marketing. Our emails go through Google Workspace. Messages exchanged on Instagram and Messenger also go through Meta. For appointments, we use Calendly and Zoom. Some welcome messages, confirmations and reminders are automatic; you can ask to talk with a person.

Why we collect it

To call you back, confirm the time of your appointment by text message (sent from our phone) and prepare our call with you. We do not use it for anything else without asking you.

Where it is kept and who has access

Your information is kept with our host, Cloudflare, whose servers may be located outside Québec. Only the Bonin Marketing team has access to it. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.

When we write to you by email, the message goes through Google Workspace, our email service, whose servers may also be located outside Québec.

Like most sites, this one loads its fonts from Google Fonts and a display library from jsDelivr. These services receive your IP address in order to send you the files.

How long we keep it

A request sent through the form is erased automatically 12 months after we receive it. If you become a client, we keep what we need to serve you for as long as you are a client, then for as long as the law requires (for accounting, for example).

To block repeated submissions, the form keeps your IP address for two hours at most, then it is erased automatically.

You can ask us to erase your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see your information, to have it corrected or erased, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to us at contact@boninmarketing.com and we will answer within 30 days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
